General terms and conditions for using the Exporters Platform :

• Your use of this Platform and the materials and services available on it (collectively referred to as the “Platform”) shall be subject to the terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) as well as the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates.
• The Platform is an integral part of the Ajman DED’s website, so all provisions of the disclaimers, the privacy policy, and the copyrights applied to the Ajman DED’s website shall be applied to this Platform.
• Your access to the Platform shall be an unconditional acceptance and compliance with the Terms of Use.
• These Terms of Use shall apply from the moment you access and use this Platform.
• The platform user shall be responsible for reviewing the Terms of Use or any updates to this Platform from time to time to ensure his/her compliance with them, and his/her commitment to do so takes effect from the date of approval of these Terms and Conditions.
• The user shall bear all legal responsibility related to intellectual property rights and any other rights, and the Ajman DED does not bear any responsibility for the content displayed by the company and/or manufacturer.
• The user shall not violate or publish any materials that violate intellectual property rights or others; and not collect or store personal information about others.
• The user agrees to access and use this Platform only for the purposes for which it was created. The user bears sole responsibility for complying with all laws, regulations, and systems related to the use of the Platform.
• The user shall not misuse the Platform in any way.
• The user shall not publish any illegal content, including displaying any immoral image and/or content and/or product that violates legislation and laws and/or a product that harms religion, Islamic law, or the regulations or public policy of the United Arab Emirates.
• The user shall not use the Platform to upload any content that contains viruses, files, programs, or tools that may modify, cause damage, or hinder the operation of this Platform.
• Ajman DED shall not bear any responsibility for any error or inaccurate products related to the publishing company and/or negligence in the content of the company, manufacturer, and/or user, because the aim of the Platform is to provide general information and for promotional purposes for the emirate’s products only.
• The user shall be responsible for updating his/her information and data on the Platform.
• Ajman DED shall not bear any damages related to the user’s use of the Platform or any of its contents, and the person causing the damage shall bear compensation for that.
• All information including images, press articles, other company information, and/or information used pursuant to a license from the copyright owner shall be protected under the UAE laws and other copyright laws and shall be specific to the platform.
• Ajman DED provides the content included in the Platform as a service to trademark owners, factories, companies, and product owners. The user may be subject to legal accountability under the applicable laws if he/she violates any of the aforementioned conditions.
• Ajman DED has the right to ban and prevent the user from using the Platform for public interest purposes or if he/she violates any of these terms and conditions.
